Notably, she served as the Director of Marketing and Operations at the Latino Business Action Network (LBAN), overseeing impactful research and education initiatives for Latino entrepreneurs across the nation.

Her commitment to fostering innovation led her to lead an accelerator for startup founders through the Grid110 programs in Los Angeles, CA. Currently based in Miami, FL, Melody is associated with the non-profit organization Opportunity Connect, dedicated to addressing the needs of entrepreneurs in opportunity zones.
